Preparation and delivery times
All orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12:30 are shipped the same day.
Orders placed on Friday afternoon will be dispatched the following Monday.

Do you charge postage for mainland France?
The free shipping applies from 500 euros HT of order, in only one point of delivery and except appointment.
Below Franco, a flat-rate charge of 12.90 euros (excl. VAT) applies.
Do you apply a franco for the European Union?
Free delivery applies to orders of 500 euros (excl. VAT) or more, to a single delivery point and excluding appointments.
Below Franco, a flat rate of 27.32 euros (excl. VAT) applies.

Order changes
How can I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order. You can send us an e-mail with your order number via the contact form or call us directly on 06 64 71 00 92.
One or more products are faulty. How do I proceed?
- Send a photo of the defective product(s) by e-mail using the contact form.
- Simply print out the packing slip sent by us and drop off your parcel at a post office.
- Your order will be replaced upon receipt and verification.

Packaging in a workshop for integration and reintegration
With the exception of laces and reflectors, which are packaged directly by our manufacturers. All the products are packaged in France, in Touraine, by an establishment of help by work*.

A package, without plastic
Our logistician is committed to optimizing the size of the boxes for each shipment. Our packaging is 100% plastic-free, made of recycled and recyclable materials.
Our areas for improvement :
From the moment we produce, we pollute. However, today we can produce better to pollute less. Our process is not optimal but it has the merit to exist and to progress.
In 2022, we eliminated plastic from our sticker and badge packaging to limit the environmental impact of our packaging.
We are currently working on reflective packaging.

China or not China?
Take a look at yourself and count the items around you that do not come from China! Let's face it, China knows how to produce. It has the industry and the know-how.
We manufacture technical products, Asia is a must for us.
So, China, yes, but not just any China, we have selected our supplier with great care, our factories are certified BSCI * (Corporate Social Compliance Initiative.)
